Welcome to Doto. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription and Billing

Doto is a subscription service with the following terms:

• Free trial: 14-day free trial available for new subscribers. No credit card required.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and managed via your iPhone's Subscriptions settings.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis if you cancel before the year ends.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Doto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Using Doto to track any person without their knowledge and consent
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others through the platform
• Attempting to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Using automated systems to access the service

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your Doto account.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Doto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of Doto after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
